Monitor process volume, order counts, fail ratio, wallet balances, and geographic order activity. The dashboard provides operational visibility into payment activity — it is not accounting software and does not replace settlement reconciliation.

The dashboard provides real-time visibility into payment operations. Regular monitoring helps identify failed payments, track settlement activity, and maintain accurate reconciliation records.

Dashboard Overview
Use the dashboard overview to monitor processing volume, order count, fail ratio, and order activity by country.
Wallet Card Information
Each supported cryptocurrency has its own wallet card on the dashboard:
Bitcoin (BTC)
- Address: Unique BTC deposit address (bc1q...)
- Balance: Current BTC available for withdrawal
- Min Withdrawal: Minimum amounts may apply — refer to your merchant terms
Ethereum (ETH, USDT, USDC)
- Address: Ethereum address (0x…) — shared across ETH and ERC-20 tokens
- Separate balances: ETH, USDT, and USDC each have individual cards
- Min Withdrawal: Minimum amounts may apply per token — refer to your merchant terms
Solana (SOL)
- Address: Solana Base58 address
- Balance: Current SOL balance
- Min Withdrawal: Minimum amounts may apply — refer to your merchant terms
XRP
- Address: XRP address (rXXX...)
- Balance: Current XRP balance
- Min Withdrawal: Minimum amounts may apply — refer to your merchant terms
Customers View
Use the Customers view to review customer emails, order counts, total spent, currency, and last order activity. Customer records provide payment and order visibility for support context — this is not a CRM.
Daily Monitoring Checklist
Verify balances reflect expected payment activity
Identify any orders stuck in pending or confirming status
Investigate expired or failed payment attempts
Confirm withdrawals completed successfully
Common Issues
Balance showing 0 after payment?
Payments require blockchain confirmations. BTC: ~60 min, ETH: ~3 min, SOL: near-instant, XRP: ~15 sec. Go to Orders for transaction status detail.
