One wallet card per supported chain — BTC, ETH, LTC, SOL, and XRP. Each card shows your deposit address and balance, with Withdraw and History actions.

Withdrawal minimum vs. payout minimum

The crypto self-withdrawal minimum is one euro value per account — €300 on a standard account, applied to the euro equivalent of the amount withdrawn on any chain. Your own figure is shown on each wallet card. XRP wallets must also keep at least 10 XRP in-wallet as a network reserve. This is separate from the €100 card-settlement payout minimum: a withdrawal moves your own crypto balance off-platform, while a payout is the card/fiat settlement cycle (T+9).

Deposit address + balance

Copy the chain-specific deposit address and view the current balance.

Withdraw

Send funds to your pre-configured external wallet (2FA required; the withdrawal must clear your account's euro minimum, shown on the wallet card).

History

Review past deposits and withdrawals for that chain.
