Team, Roles & Users
Add the people who work on your account, and control what each of them can see and change.
One Account, Many People
Do not open a second account for a colleague. Your account is tied to one verified legal entity. A second account means a second KYB, separate settlement, and separate terms — and it will not be linked to this one. Add people to the account you already have.
Everything sits under one verified account. Inside it you create roles, and then invite people into those roles. The order matters and the dashboard enforces it — you cannot send an invitation until at least one role exists, because every invitation has to grant one.
Your account
One legal entity, one KYB, one settlement configuration.
Roles
Named sets of permissions. Reusable — one role, many people.
People
Each teammate signs in as themselves, with their own 2FA.
Never share one login between people. Shared credentials make it impossible to tell who approved a withdrawal or changed a payout address, and they break the audit trail every dispute depends on.
Create a Role
Go to Settings → Team. Under Roles, open Create your first role.
Name the role
Something a person would recognise — Support, Finance, Fulfilment. The name is what you pick from when inviting someone.
Switch on the permissions it needs
Each card is an area of the dashboard, and each button inside it is a separate action. Grant only what the job needs.
Create the role
It becomes available immediately, and can be granted to as many people as you like.
Create the role that matches the job, not the person. When someone leaves, you remove their access — the role stays and the next person inherits it.
What Each Permission Grants
Every permission is off until you switch it on. A role with nothing selected can sign in and see nothing.
| Permission | Covers | Actions |
|---|---|---|
| Orders | Invoices & orders | View · Create · Change status |
| Crypto withdrawals | Send funds out | Withdraw |

| Statements | Order & payout statements | View |
| Payouts | Settlements | View |
| API keys | Programmatic access | View · Issue |
| Fiat integrations | PSP configuration | Manage |
| Customers | Customer records | View |
| Wallets | Addresses & balances | View |
| Withdrawal wallets | Payout addresses | Manage |

| Onboarding | KYB submission | View · Submit · Update |
You may see one or two permissions on that screen that are not listed here. They relate to features we no longer offer, and can be left switched off.
Two permissions move money or change where it goes.
Crypto withdrawals sends funds out, and Withdrawal wallets changes the address your payouts are sent to. Grant both to as few people as the job allows, and never as part of a general-purpose role.
Invite a Teammate
With a role in place, use Invite staff on the same page. An invitation always grants a role — that is what decides what the person can see and change.
What the invited person does
They set their own password and complete two-factor authentication before they can sign in for the first time. You never handle their password, and there is no way to skip the 2FA step.
Invited staff appear under Staff members, which is the list of everyone who can currently act on your account. Review it whenever somebody changes job or leaves.
