Settlements & Withdrawals
Use the dashboard to monitor transaction status, settlement visibility, available balances, withdrawal status, and payout activity. All withdrawals require 2FA verification.
Why This Matters
Settlements move your confirmed funds off-platform into wallets you control. Regular withdrawals reduce platform exposure and keep your accounting records clean. Card and fiat payout timing depends on the merchant agreement, payout schedule, reserve terms, processing windows, and applicable holidays.
Payouts View
Use the Payouts view to review payout history, payout totals, status, due dates, paid dates, linked orders, and settlement details. Payout timing depends on the merchant agreement, payout schedule, reserve terms, processing windows, and applicable holidays.
Withdrawal Process
Check Balance
Verify your Niftipay balance meets the minimum withdrawal threshold — €300 per chain (XRP wallets must also keep at least 10 XRP in reserve).
Click Withdraw
Click the Withdraw button on the relevant wallet card on the Dashboard Home page.
Confirm Destination Address
Verify the pre-configured external wallet address. Funds will be sent to this address.
Enter 2FA Code
Enter your current TOTP code from your authenticator app to authorise the withdrawal.
Withdrawal Submitted
Niftipay queues and broadcasts the transaction to the blockchain.
Confirmation
Transaction appears on the blockchain. Check your external wallet for the incoming funds.
Chain-Specific Notes
Bitcoin (BTC)
Minimum output must exceed dust limit (~546 satoshi). Withdrawal amount must account for network fee.
Ethereum & ERC-20 (ETH, USDT, USDC)
Gas fees are deducted automatically. The hot wallet must hold sufficient ETH to cover gas for token withdrawals.
XRP
Withdrawals require the €300/chain minimum, and XRP wallets must keep at least 10 XRP in reserve — withdrawal amounts must leave this reserve in place.
Solana (SOL)
Solana typically confirms quickly. Withdrawal fees are low compared to other chains, though network conditions can affect timing.
Payout Schedule
Payouts settle in EUR or USDT on a T+9 business-day cycle, paid daily except UK and Netherlands banking holidays (which shift to the next business day).
Minimum payout: 500 USDT — smaller balances roll forward. Network fees are charged at cost and deducted from the payout.
Don't confuse this with the crypto withdrawal minimum (€300 per chain). A payout is the card/fiat settlement cycle; a withdrawal moves your own crypto balance off-platform (see the Wallets page).
Rolling Reserve
Card-native processing carries a 10% rolling reserve, held 181 days and released daily as it matures. A chargeback forfeits the matching reserve. Crypto flows generally carry no reserve.
Fees
Fees and rates are set individually in your merchant agreement. For your schedule, check your contract or email support@niftipay.com.

Troubleshooting
Withdrawal button is greyed out?
Your balance may be below the minimum withdrawal threshold for that currency, or 2FA has not been enabled on your account. Enable 2FA in Security settings and verify your available balance before retrying.
Withdrawal submitted but not appearing in external wallet?
Check the blockchain explorer using the transaction hash from your settlement history. Bitcoin may take 30–60 minutes depending on network congestion.
Wrong external wallet address configured?
Contact support immediately before initiating a withdrawal. Blockchain transactions are irreversible once broadcast.
