View, search, and export all payment activity across crypto and fiat card orders.
Why This Matters

Search & Filter
Search Bar
Search by reference number, customer name, or email address.
Status Filter
Use the "All" dropdown to filter by specific payment status. Useful for isolating pending, failed, or paid orders.
Export
Export transaction data for reconciliation and accounting. Filter before exporting to get the exact date range or status subset you need.
Common Issues
Transaction missing from list?
Check if a status filter is active — clear the filter to show all transactions. If still missing, search by reference number or customer email.
Need to find an old transaction?
Use the search bar with the customer email or your internal reference number. Transactions are stored indefinitely.
Next Steps
- 1Review Payment Statuses to understand each status in detail
- 2Set up webhooks to receive real-time status notifications
